Hi, I’m Nair Cardoso

Leader & Educator | Proud Mother | Specialist in Sensory Play

Nair has dedicated her life to reimagining early childhood education. As the founder of Macau’s first Reggio Emilia-inspired playgroup and the first to implement the Reggio Emilia approach in a government-supported nursery, she has helped shape quality learning for thousands of children.

She holds a Master’s in Education (Sensory Play focus), is completing her PhD, and is the author of “The Power of Sensory Play”. Through university teaching, international workshops, and consulting, Ms. Cardoso drives inclusive, creative, and play-based learning globally, placing children’s well-being and family bonds at the heart of every school’s purpose.
